Our mission at MidSouth Pug Rescue is to support the Pug breed in their time of need by rescuing Pugs from dirty, unhealthy or dangerous conditions and finding them "forever" homes where they can live out their lives in a happy, healthy and safe environment.

When pugs come into our care, we have them spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped.  We have their teeth cleaned.  We treat them for any treatable illnesses (including heartworms.)  We then place them in foster care to give them time to heal from any surgeries and to have their behavior evaluated.  Then they are made available for […]
